Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently with a customer-first approach
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and communication standards
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or upsell opportunities
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and company policies
