Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with loan-related queries, EMI information, payment status, and account services.
- Resolve customer concerns within the defined turnaround time.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
