Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations and Client Servicing Executive. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients and internal and external vendors in the organization and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective client servicing and operations representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable with dealing with clients and vendors over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by providing exceptional customer service and operations skills

Responsibilities

·   Answer questions about products or the company

·   Ask questions to understand customer requirements

·   Record and process orders in an accurate manner

·   Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

·   Go the “extra mile” to make sure a customer is happy

·   Communicate, coordinate and follow up with internal and external stake holders of the company

Requirements

·   Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (Microsoft excel, word, email) and telephone systems

·   Ability to learn about products and services in order to clear customer doubts and questions

·   Excellent knowledge of English

·   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·   Cool-tempered and able to customer feedback and queries

·   Graduate
