Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Technical Support Executive- International
Location: Pune , Mumbai
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Process: International (Voice / Chat / Blended)
Shift Timings: UK / US / Canadian/ Australian Shifts
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
- Handle US/UK customers
Eligibility Criteria:
- excellent communication skills can apply
- 1 year of experience in an international process (preferred)( AT&T , Verizon , Telstra , Amazon , Cricket wireless , Dell, Apple , Citibank, Walmart, Talk Talk , British telecom , etc)
- Experience in Voice / Chat / Blended process is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Must have documented experience (if experienced)
