Requirements :-
- Good-Excellent spoken and written English required.
- Minimum Graduate or UG with minimum 6 months of exp from BPO sector required.
- Experienced candidates from the BPO sector will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners required who can join by max 25-Apr.
- Comfortable with Rotational shifts.
Salary :- 3.67 LPA ctc including 18k variables(30,583 ctc per month) - 24k in hand(After deductions of PF and Esic)
Role and Responsibilities :-
- Handle Technical queries through Chat for Indian Based Customer.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products or services.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system/CRM.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Follow company policies, processes, and call quality standards.
