Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide assistance to members, and ensure a smooth holiday experience. The candidate will be responsible for resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting service operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently
- Provide accurate information about membership plans, offers, and services
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
