Data Entry Executive

Job Title: Data Entry OperatorJob OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records of company data. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and a strong focus on accuracy.

• Key ResponsibilitiesData Input: Insert customer, account, or company data from source documents into the designated system/database within specified time limits.
• Verification: Review and verify data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible.
• Data Maintenance: Keep track of received data, source documents, and system back-ups.
• Confidentiality: Maintain high security and confidentiality of all data logs and records.
• Coordination: Assist team members with routine clerical duties and administrative tasks as needed.
• Requirements & QualificationsTyping Speed: Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with high accuracy.
• Education: Graduate / 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Sheets.
• Language: Basic English proficiency (reading and writing).
• Experience: Fresher / Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work with deadlines.
