Data Entry Operator And Collection

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter and update production, sales, and inventory data in the system
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and dispatch details
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts teams for data accuracy
• Check and verify data before entry to avoid errors
• Maintain proper documentation and filing (physical & digital)
• Assist in billing, order processing, and documentation
• Ensure timely data entry and report submission
• Handle basic Excel work and maintain spreadsheets
• Payment Follow up
• Visit customers office

Required Skills : 

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations

Fast and accurate typing skills

Strong attention to detail

Basic understanding of data handling and documentation

Ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive work

Good organizational and time management skills

Basic knowledge of inventory, billing, and dispatch processes

Ability to coordinate with different departments

Basic communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to handle confidential data responsibly
