Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Debt Recovery Agent to handle outbound and inbound calls for loan/credit recovery. The role involves following up with customers, explaining repayment options, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for pending loan/credit card/EMI recoveries.
- Remind and counsel customers regarding due payments.
- Negotiate and explain repayment plans/options as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the senior team when required.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
