About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team. This is a priority role focused on translating architectural requirements into accurate technical designs, quantity estimations, and project-ready drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills, a solid understanding of technical drawings, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study and interpret architectural drawings, elevation details, and window schedules
• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) including profiles, hardware, glass, and other required materials
• Develop preliminary drawings, detailed design layouts, and shop drawings
• Provide technical support and inputs for quotation and costing preparation
• Coordinate with site, workshop, and sales teams to ensure design feasibility and estimation accuracy
• Verify dimensions, specifications, and measurements for error-free execution
• Support project planning by ensuring all technical details are properly documented
• Maintain drawing revisions and ensure all documents are updated as per project changes
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve design and specification issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
• Good understanding of architectural and technical drawings
• Preferred ProfileDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or related engineering field
