Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking (LAN/WAN), and peripheral issues (printers, scanners).
- System Deployment: Setting up, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and software applications.
- Ticket Management: Logging, monitoring, and resolving user issues via IT service management (ITSM) tools within defined SLAs.
- User Support & Training: Guiding users through technical issues via phone, email, or in-person, including VIP support.
- Asset Management: Maintaining inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
- Security & Maintenance: Ensuring security patches are applied, managing user accounts/permissions, and conducting regular system updates
