Job Description

These

responsibilities are crucial to ensuring smooth operations and

coordination across locations. Your role will include the following:


  1. Preparation of Appointment Letters for New Joinees across all locations.
  2. Entry and Calculation of Daily Incentives for all locations.
  3. Arranging Training Materials as per requirements for all locations.
  4. Preparation of Training Schedules and Coordination with the Sales Trainer regarding training sessions.
  5. Collecting Daily Incentive Claim Forms from all locations and ensuring timely processing.
  6. Daily Coordination with Branches for smooth workflow management.
  7. Preparation of Employment Agreements as required.
  8. Collecting and Analyzing Database Feedback received from branches to ensure quality improvements.
  9. Sourcing and evaluating B2B Database Vendors for business requirements.
