🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up dialysis machines before treatment

• Monitor patient vitals during dialysis sessions

• Handle dialysis machines safely and efficiently

• Maintain treatment records and patient documentation

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

• Provide patient care before, during, and after dialysis

• Provide oversight and guidance to trainee technicians

• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities
