E-Commerce & D2C Operations Executive — Shahi Riwayat
About Us
Shahi Riwayat is a fast-growing non-veg spice brand focused on helping people recreate authentic restaurant-style flavors at home through high-quality, standardized spice blends.
Role Overview
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce & D2C Operations Executive to manage day-to-day online order operations and customer coordination across marketplaces and our D2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and assigning daily online orders
* Tracking shipments and ensuring timely deliveries
* Monitoring and reducing RTO (Return to Origin) orders
* Handling customer queries and support coordination
* Tracking repeat customers and maintaining customer data
* Coordinating with courier and logistics partners
* Preparing invoices, bills, and operational ledgers
* Maintaining order records and operational reports
* Coordinating with internal teams for smooth dispatch operations
* Ensuring smooth order fulfillment across all platforms
Requirements
* Basic knowledge of e-commerce/D2C operations
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
* Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
* Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred
