About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own Shopify store. This is an end-to-end role — you will handle product listings, A+ content, ads, daily order processing, returns, inventory coordination, and dispatch follow-ups. You will work closely with the Inventory Manager and the warehouse team to make sure stock is always available, orders go out on time, and our online stores are running at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & Store Operations
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, and Shopify admin.
Process daily orders end-to-end — order acceptance, invoice generation, manifest, and pickup scheduling.
Monitor account health metrics on each platform (late dispatch rate, cancellation rate, return rate) and take corrective action.
Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, replacements, and negative feedback across all platforms.
Raise and follow up on cases with platform support teams (claims, reimbursements, listing issues).
Product Listings & A+ Content
Create new product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify with accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and category mapping.
Build A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content on Amazon for all eligible SKUs.
Prepare A+ style premium listings on Flipkart (Rich Content) and equivalent enhanced listings on Meesho and Shopify.
Coordinate with the design / photography team for product images, lifestyle shots, infographics, and videos.
Keep all listings up to date — pricing, MRP, offers, variants, attributes, and inventory.
Run keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic ranking.
Ads & Marketing
Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), Flipkart PLA, Meesho Ads, and Shopify (Meta / Google ads as required).
Monitor campaign performance daily — CTR, ACOS / ROAS, impressions, conversions — and optimize bids, keywords, and budgets.
Scale ad spend on high-performing SKUs; pause or fix underperforming campaigns.
Plan participation in platform sale events (Big Billion Days, Amazon Sale, festive sales) — deal submissions, pricing, banners, ad budgets.
Share weekly ad performance reports with the manager.
Inventory Coordination
Coordinate daily with the Inventory Manager for stock availability, replenishment, and SKU-level updates across all platforms.
Participate in periodic stock audits and physical counts; report and resolve discrepancies.
Update inventory levels across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify to avoid overselling and stock-out penalties.
Flag fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs to the inventory team.
Plan FBA / F-Assured inventory shipments in coordination with the warehouse.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate daily with the warehouse / dispatch team to ensure orders are packed and handed over within SLA.
Generate shipping labels, manifests, and tracking IDs for all platforms.
Track in-transit, RTO, and NDR shipments; take corrective action with courier partners.
Reduce RTO % and late dispatch % through close follow-up.
Reporting
Maintain daily / weekly / monthly sales reports — platform-wise, SKU-wise, ad-spend-wise.
Track and report key metrics: GMV, units sold, ACOS, return %, RTO %, account health scores.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BMS, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon and Flipkart (mandatory); Meesho and Shopify experience strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, and Shopify admin.
Experience running ad campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA, and Meesho Ads.
Hands-on experience creating A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content.
Strong MS Excel skills — VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic dashboards.
Familiarity with bulk upload templates (Flat Files), keyword research tools, and basic SEO.
Working knowledge of Photoshop / Canva is a plus (for quick listing edits).
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail — listings, prices, and stock must be accurate.
Good communication in English and Hindi.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet daily SLAs.
Ownership mindset — follows up till closure, doesn't drop tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment.
Good to Have
Experience with home decor, furnishing, gifting, or lifestyle categories.
Exposure to Shopify app integrations (Shiprocket, Judge.me, Klaviyo, etc.).
Experience running Meta Ads / Google Ads for D2C Shopify stores.
Basic understanding of GST invoicing and e-commerce taxation.
Experience with cataloging tools and image editing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly GMV / sales growth across all 4 platforms.
ACOS / ROAS targets on ad spend.
Account health score on Amazon and Flipkart (must stay in "Good" / green zone).
Late dispatch % and RTO % (target: minimize month-on-month).
Listing accuracy — zero stock-out due to inventory sync errors.
Number of A+ listings created per month.
Customer rating average across platforms (target: 4.0+).
