E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Executive / Manager to lead and grow our online business.

Our website is currently approximately 65% complete. The selected candidate will work closely with management to complete the website launch and then take ownership of its day-to-day management, growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate completion and successful launch of our website

• Manage website content, products, pricing and stock updates

• Drive online sales growth through digital marketing initiatives

• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns

• Improve website traffic, conversion and customer engagement

• Coordinate inventory availability and stock visibility online

• Monitor website performance and generate periodic reports

• Develop and support expansion onto marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart (with external consultant support where required)

• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and fulfilment

Preferred Experience:

• Experience managing e-commerce websites

• Digital marketing and social media promotion experience

• Knowledge of SEO, online advertising and analytics

• Experience with product catalogue and inventory management

• Exposure to Amazon, Flipkart or marketplace selling preferred

• Strong ownership mindset and execution ability
