About the Role
We are building a high-impact, digital-first finance content brand for young India. We’re looking for someone who can lead the editorial vision simplifying money, investing, and business into engaging, binge-worthy content that resonates with a large audience.
The ideal candidate will also be a camera-confident Anchor, capable of hosting the show, leading the team from the front, and owning the end-to-end content journey — from deciding topics and shaping the positioning of each story to reviewing and finalising scripts in Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
1. Editorial Leadership
- Own content strategy, topics, and positioning of the channel
- Work with writers/researchers and other anchors to shape scripts and narratives
- Ensure accuracy, credibility, and audience relevance
2. On-Camera Anchor
- Host daily finance videos for YouTube
- Explain complex topics (stocks, SIPs, economy, personal finance) in a simple, relatable way
- Bring strong screen presence,authority, clarity, and storytelling
3. Content & Growth
- Identify trending finance topics, news, and viral angles
- Collaborate with design/edit teams for high-retention videos
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience as a finance creator / journalist,
- Background in Finance, Economics, or Business
- Solid understanding of finance (stocks, mutual funds, economy)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi)
- Excellent camera presence and storytelling ability
- 7 to 8 Years of experience
