Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

🎯 Job Role: Academic Counsellor

📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on courses, colleges, and career paths
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and generate leads
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions
- Assist students throughout the admission process (applications & documentation)
- Maintain and update enquiry data using CRM/Excel
- Conduct counselling sessions (telephonic, online, and face-to-face)
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
- Meet daily/weekly admission targets
💼 Skills Required:
- Excellent communication (English, Hindi, or regional language preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Good listening and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
🎓 Qualification:
- HSC / Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream)
- Education / Management background preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in counselling, sales, or education sector is an added advantage
