Electrician

Perform routine maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems within the housing society.

Attend and resolve electrical faults, lighting issues, and minor wiring repairs.

Carry out plumbing repairs, including leakages, pipe fittings, taps, valves, and drainage issues.

Inspect and maintain common area facilities such as lobbies, staircases, parking areas, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and other amenities.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all systems are functioning efficiently.

Respond promptly to maintenance complaints raised by residents or society management.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues related to electrical and plumbing installations.

Replace faulty electrical components such as switches, sockets, lights, MCBs, and fixtures as required.

Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance materials in good working condition.

Record daily maintenance activities and report completed work to the Facility Manager or Society Management.

Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing maintenance work.

Coordinate with external vendors or contractors whenever major repairs are required.

Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently with minimum disruption to residents.
