Job Description
Looking for an experienced Wedding Client Servicing professional with 2–3 years of expertise in managing luxury and social wedding events from concept to execution. Skilled in client relationship management, wedding planning coordination, vendor liaison, guest and RSVP management, budget coordination, timeline planning, and on-ground execution. Adept at understanding client expectations, curating personalized experiences, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple wedding functions while maintaining exceptional service standards and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-profile clients, handle last-minute changes efficiently, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, venues, and hospitality partners. Capable of maintaining long-term client relationships through proactive planning, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
