Job DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic and hardworking Stewards for restaurants, cafes, hotels, cloud kitchens, and hospitality outlets across Mumbai. Candidates should have good communication skills, customer service attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
The Steward will be responsible for serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, supporting restaurant operations, and ensuring excellent guest experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them professionally
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Take customer orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Support kitchen and restaurant staff during rush hours
- Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards
- Handle customer queries politely
- Clear tables and reset for next guests
- Coordinate with chefs and supervisors for smooth service
- Follow restaurant SOP and hospitality standards
- Required SkillsGood communication skills
- Customer handling ability
- Teamwork and positive attitude
- Basic English and Hindi speaking preferred
- Fast learner and active working style
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Eligibility Criteria10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
