Job Description
Recruit and coordinate KST (Kitchen Stewarding) staff as per operational requirements
Prepare and manage staff rosters, shift schedules, and duty allocations
Supervise stewarding staff during daily operations
Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B departments for smooth operations
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance
Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene practices
