Job OverviewWe are looking for two experienced Executive Chefs to lead our kitchen operations—one for our Chembur (Mumbai) location and one for Baner (Pune).

The Executive Chef will be responsible for culinary leadership,

kitchen management, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, while ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Management·       Oversee daily kitchen operations, staff scheduling, and workflow

·       Manage and supervise kitchen teams including commis, CDPs, and helpers

·       Ensure efficient coordination between kitchen and service teams

Food Quality Control·       Maintain high standards of taste, presentation,

and consistency

·       Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards

·       Monitor portion control and reduce food wastage

Budgeting & Inventory·       Manage food costs, inventory, and stock

levels

·       Handle vendor coordination and procurement

·       Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO)

Training & Leadership·       Train, mentor, and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff

·       Build a disciplined and high-performing kitchen team

·       Introduce improvements and innovations in menu and processes

Skills & Expertise·       Strong expertise in Indian Cuisine &

South Indian Cuisine

·       Excellent leadership and team management skills

·       Ability to manage kitchen operations under pressure

·       Knowledge of food costing and inventory control

·       Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards

·       Ability to train and develop kitchen staff

Candidate RequirementsEligibility Criteria·       Education: 10th Pass or below

·       Experience: Minimum 5+ years in kitchen leadership roles

·       Language: No English required

Preferred Criteria·       Age: 18 – 35 years

·       Gender Preference: Male

·       Hands-on experience in high-volume kitchens

·       Strong operational and people management skills
