Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Export Sales Executive to expand our international business and manage relationships with overseas customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new export opportunities, developing global markets, coordinating with international clients, and ensuring smooth execution of export orders.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new international markets and customers.
- Generate export sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, importers, and buyers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize export orders.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely shipment.
- Handle export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other export-related paperwork.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings with clients.
- Follow up on payments and ensure customer satisfaction after delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations, and shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software is preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
