Designation – Facility Manager

Salary – 65k - 70k

Experience - 14-15 yrs preferably real estate

Notice period - Immediate joining

Working days – Monday to Saturday 11.00 to 8.00 pm

Location - Fort,Cst, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

* Skilled in managing both internal & external professional business relationships.

* Significant exposure in handling ISMS implementation and ISO Audits.

* Expert in managing facility management operations involving environment & security, safety & firefighting, contract management and management of crisis & various emergencies.

*Risk Assessment and how to mitigate.

* Proficient in overseeing administrative functions, including maintenance & upkeep of the establishment in coordination with internal/external departments.

* An effective communicator with strong planning, problem -solving and negotiation skills.

*Looking after the operations related to overall forecasting, budgeting, distribution and consumption of resources.

* Ensuring smooth operations at all times and maintaining proper decorum & discipline by implementing & modifying the policies & procedures

*Handling all administrative activities like maintenance of office equipment, transport, housekeeping and record keeping of office stationery in various formats.

*Identifying and networking with cost effective & reliable vendors/suppliers for purchase of requisite materials.

*Controlling Security operations entailing regularization of visitors entry from/exit to the premises.

* Developing budgets & annual plans to manage facilities as per organizational needs & parameters .

* Overseeing the facility management functions and negotiating with service providers for cost effective solutions and ensuring effective & seamless operations.

* Determining training needs of employees to enhance their operational efficiency.
