Factory Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Factory Manager with minimum 5+ years of experience in production schedule, quality control, safety protocols, managing the workforce and control budget.

Key Responsibilities

1). Production Planning: Create and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

to meet customer demand and shipment deadlines.

2).Quality Control: Collaborate with QA teams to enforce standard operating procedures

(SOPs), reducing scrap, rework, and waste.

3).Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise production staff, including shift supervisors.

Conduct performance reviews and motivate the floor team.

4). Budget & Cost Control: Manage manufacturing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and

identify cost-saving strategies.

5). Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all machinery is well-maintained and operating efficiently,

minimizing downtime through routine checks.

6).Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to environmental and workplace

safety protocols (e.g., OSHA, ISO standards) to prevent accidents.

Key Requirements

• Graduate (B.Com /Post Graduate/MBA/ Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience of progressive leadership on manufacturing floor.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, inventory management techniques, and quality systems like Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing.
