Job Description

कार्य सारांश:
यह एक फील्ड-आधारित भूमिका है जहाँ चयनित उम्मीदवार चिकित्सा उपकरणों की मरम्मत, सेवा और डिलीवरी के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। कंपनी द्वारा 3 महीने का सशुल्क प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा। प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद, उम्मीदवार को तकनीकी सहायता और ग्राहक सेवा की पूर्णकालिक जिम्मेदारियाँ दी जाएंगी।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
कंपनी के मानकों के अनुसार चिकित्सा उपकरणों का निदान, मरम्मत और रखरखाव करना।
ग्राहकों को साइट पर तकनीकी सहायता और समस्या समाधान प्रदान करना।
चिकित्सा उपकरणों की समय पर डिलीवरी, इंस्टॉलेशन और डेमो सुनिश्चित करना।
बायोमेडिकल उपकरणों का नियमित रखरखाव और पूर्व-रोकथाम जांच करना।
विस्तृत सेवा रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना और किसी भी तकनीकी समस्या की रिपोर्ट करना।
सेवा की गुणवत्ता और कार्यक्षमता सुधारने के लिए टीम के साथ सहयोग करना।
ग्राहकों को चिकित्सा उपकरणों के सही उपयोग और रखरखाव के बारे में शिक्षित करना।
फील्ड में कार्य करने और आवश्यकतानुसार यात्रा करने के लिए तैयार रहना।
मजबूत संवाद और ग्राहक सेवा कौशल होना आवश्यक है।
स्वतंत्र रूप से कार्य करने और समय का प्रभावी प्रबंधन करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और यात्रा करने की इच्छा (यदि हो तो वरीयता दी जाएगी)।
प्रशिक्षण और लाभ:
चिकित्सा उपकरणों की मरम्मत और सहायता पर 3 महीने का सशुल्क प्रशिक्षण।
