Job Description

Hiring For Customer Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager


Bharat Matrimony also has a strong presence in the USA, Canada, UK, UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia.


Roles & Responsibilities :-


Talk to customers and understand what they want

Find and suggest suitable matches

Call and follow up regularly

Build good relationship with customers

Shortlist profiles and connect both people

Help arrange meetings between matches

Make sure customers are happy

Do renewals and referrals (sales work)

Fluency in the regional language - (Marathi)


Experience

  • At least 1 year experience in tele sales (calling)
