Field Executive

JOB OVERVIEW:

A Screener (Field Scout) is responsible for identifying new construction activities within assigned areas by travelling on a two-wheeler. The screener gathers relevant project information and contact details from site guards, contractors, or other on-site personnel and submits these leads to the Inside Sales Team for further follow-up and pitching of Artius products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Travel across assigned territories using a two-wheeler to identify new or ongoing construction projects.

·      Conduct on-ground scouting to detect residential and infrastructure construction activities.

·      Interact with site guards, supervisors, contractors, or local contacts to gather project information.

·      Collect key details such as:

•        Project location

•        Builder/contractor name

•        Contact numbers

•        Project stage

•        Estimated scale of construction

·      Submit verified leads to the Inside Sales Team for further engagement and product pitching.

·      Maintain daily reporting of areas covered and leads generated.

·      Ensure accuracy and authenticity of collected information.

·      Continuously monitor assigned areas for new construction developments.

REQUIREMENTS:

·      Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

·      Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

·      Good local area knowledge.

·      Basic communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to approach and interact with on-site personnel confidently.

·      Comfortable with field work and daily travel.

·      Basic smartphone usage for reporting leads.
