Field Executive

We are hiring energetic and motivated Field Executives for our fast-growing Financial Institution (Patpedhi) based in Chembur. The work will primarily be in the Chembur local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Pigmy Collection: Visit local shops, vegetable vendors, and small businessmen daily to collect their daily savings (Pigmy).
• New Client Acquisition: Pitch deposit schemes to new customers and open their daily/weekly savings accounts.
• Loan EMI Recovery: Collect daily or weekly EMI amounts from existing loan customers.
• Daily Reporting: Report to the office as per your shift timings and securely deposit the collected cash with the cashier.

⏳ Job Timings & ShiftsWe offer flexible timing options. You can choose any one slot as per your convenience:

• Option 1: Part-Time (Morning Shift) — 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM
• Option 2: Part-Time (Afternoon Shift) — 01:30 PM to 05:30 PM
• Option 3: Full-Time (Full Day) — 10:00 AM to 05:30 PM
• 💰 Salary & Perks Full-Time (10:00 AM to 05:30 PM):

• ₹8,000/- Fixed Salary per month.
• + 3% Commission on total collection.
• + Monthly Incentives on achieving targets.
• Part-Time (Any 1 Shift):

• Attractive Base Pay + 3% Commission + Daily Incentives.
• 💡 Note: Full-time executives making consistent collections can easily earn ₹15,000 to ₹18,000+ per month including commission and incentives.
• 🎓 Candidate RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Age Limit: 18 to 55 years (Freshers and energetic candidates preferred).
• Must own an Android Smartphone.
• Open to candidates living anywhere across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
• Should have good communication skills and a trustworthy personality.
