Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, ensure high equipment uptime, and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and test equipment at customer locations.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.

Respond to service calls and provide timely support to customers.

Conduct equipment inspections and recommend repairs or upgrades.

Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, technical support, and warranty claims.

Train customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and service equipment.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and manuals.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to travel extensively and work at customer sites.
