Field Marketing Executive

Growth & Marketing Associate — Founder’s Office

NovaRyd is launching an electric auto-rickshaw ride-hailing service in Mumbai. We are hiring a confident and energetic Field Marketing Executive to help us with our on-ground launch.

This is a hands-on field role, not a work-from-home or only social media role. You will be working directly with the founder and helping build the company from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Visit local areas such as Bandra, Andheri, Juhu, Chembur and nearby locations for launch activities
• Speak to potential riders, drivers, shop owners, societies, colleges and local businesses
• Help generate rider signups and promote NovaRyd’s launch offers
• Support local partnerships with shops, cafes, gyms, offices, colleges and residential areas
• Collect customer feedback and report daily learnings
• Help create basic photo/video content for Instagram and WhatsApp marketing
• Assist with posters, flyers, QR codes and local promotional campaigns
• Track daily leads, signups, customer conversations and campaign results
• Support the founder with marketing, operations and launch execution

Requirements:

• Must be based in Mumbai
• Comfortable working on-ground and travelling locally
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic/good English
• Marathi is a plus
• Confident speaking to customers, drivers and local businesses
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp and social media content
• Smartphone required
• Prior experience in field marketing, sales, promotions, events, customer support or social media is preferred but not mandatory
• Must be honest, punctual, energetic and willing to learn

Compensation:

Fixed salary + performance incentives.

Travel allowance will be provided for field work.
