Field Recruiter

• Active Sourcing & Networking: Travel to different regions, attend job fairs, visit college campuses, and build relationships with community organizations to attract candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Screen resumes, conduct in-person or virtual interviews, and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Hiring Management: Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, negotiate salary packages, and extend offers.
• Brand Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s culture and opportunities at industry events.
• Operational Compliance: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage data, track metrics (time-to-hire), and ensure compliance with labor laws. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting, with a strong ability to build, nurture, and maintain talent networks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations.
