Job Description
Calculating cost price for new machines & spare parts
Confirming Orders from Customers & processing them with internal departments.
Following up with various departments for production as well as after production activities.
Coordinating with customers & getting their queries solved if any.
Planning of New Machines.
Coordination with client regarding inputs, corrections in inputs and approvals.
To follow up and ensure the completion of targeted production in specified timelines
Increase business from existing clients by providing good service. • Provide dispatch instructions to dispatch
department as per client requirement.
Send dispatch details to client.
Generating monthly andweekly reports&submitting them to the management.
Managing Client(Import & Export)
Finalizing the quote from client & Managing dispatch according to the required PO date
Daily Schedule on Orders Required Planning
Daily morning meeting with technical director
Daly Progress Reports Handover to Sales Head
Lineup for call schedules
Market Research
Daily evening meeting for updates regarding new inquiries.
