Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

 Identify potential customers in local markets, shops, and residential areas

 Conduct field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and referrals

 Build a strong pipeline of eligible gold loan customers

2. Sales & Business Development

 Promote gold loan products and explain features, interest rates, and benefits

 Convince customers to avail loans against gold assets

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

3. Customer Handling

 Guide customers through loan application and documentation process

 Address customer queries and concerns

 Build trust and long-term relationships with clients

4. Market Intelligence

 Track competitor activities and market trends

 Provide feedback to management on customer needs and competition

5. Coordination & Documentation

 Coordinate with branch staff for loan processing and disbursement

 Ensure proper KYC and documentation as per company policies

 Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions

Key Skills Required

 Strong communication and persuasion skills

 Local area knowledge and networking ability

 Basic understanding of financial products (preferred)

 Target-oriented and self-motivated

 Ability to work independently in the field
