We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and help drive our sales initiatives.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Protomont Technologies LLP, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and promoting our innovative 3D printing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
o Identify and prioritize potential customers and market segments.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
o Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a pipeline of leads.
Product Knowledge:
o Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our 3D printing solutions.
o Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed.
Market Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
o Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
o Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
o Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and initiatives.
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, or related areas).
Experience:
o Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector.
Skills:
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
CTC (Cost to Company): ₹15,000-₹35,000
