About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our Personal Loan Core Connect Team in Mumbai. This is an excellent career opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates interested in building a career in the banking and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers for Pre-Approved Personal Loan offers.
- Generate and manage customer leads through calls.
- Explain loan products, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Handle complete loan processing activities from application to disbursement.
- Conduct OSV (Office/Operational Verification) and customer verification activities.
- Collect, verify, and update customer documents in the system.
- Ensure accurate data entry and regular system updates.
- Follow up with customers to complete pending documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ HSC Passed (12th Pass) / Any Graduate
✅ Freshers can apply
✅ Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Banking, Finance, or Customer Service is an added advantage
✅ Age: 18 Years and Above
