Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Front Line Sales (FLS) professional to drive business through the Agency Channel. The incumbent will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors while achieving sales targets through advisor productivity and customer acquisition.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Train and motivate advisors on products, sales processes, and compliance.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency network.
- Conduct joint sales calls and customer meetings with advisors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets are achieved.
- Monitor advisor performance and improve their productivity.
- Organize recruitment drives, training sessions, and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports on time.
- Adhere to IRDAI guidelines and company compliance standards.

- Eligibility CriteriaEducationGraduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- MBA/PGDM preferred
- Experience1–6 years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Sales, Banking Sales, BFSI, Mutual Funds, or Financial Products.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered for trainee roles.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities

- Good presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in Agency Channel Life Insurance Sales.
- Existing network of insurance advisors or financial consultants will be an added advantage.
- Ability to travel locally for advisor meetings and customer visits.
- Self-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
