Job Description – Sales Officer (HORECA)

About the Role 

Vivalicious International Foods is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to 

drive business growth in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) segment in Bangalore. 

The ideal candidate should have prior field sales experience and a strong understanding of 

institutional food sales. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and expand business within the HORECA segment across Bangalore. 

• Generate new business by onboarding hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers, 

and institutional clients. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. 

• Conduct regular field visits to identify new sales opportunities and strengthen client 

relationships. 

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue growth. 

• Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. 

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer 

satisfaction. 

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. 

Requirements 

• 1–4 years of field sales experience (mandatory). 

• Experience in HORECA sales is mandatory. 

• Experience in frozen food sales is a strong advantage. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 

• Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales. 

• Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore. 

• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
