Job Title: Field Executive

Location: Nr Station, Kanjur Marg West & Malad East, Mumbai

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and organized Field Executive to manage on-site activities, maintain customer relationships, and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities :

·        Visit customers, clients, or business locations as assigned.

·        Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

·        Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support.

·        Maintain accurate records and submit daily/weekly reports.

·        Verify documents and collect required information from clients.

·        Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.

·        Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

·        Achieve assigned targets and performance objectives.

·        0–3 years of relevant fieldwork experience (freshers may apply, depending on the role).

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.

·        Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

·        Good organizational and time-management skills.
