Job Description

  • High-Speed Lead Conversion: Contact users who submit web inquiries or leave their custom designs half-complete in our 3D studio. Reach out within minutes of submission.
  • Order Closure: Review the dimensions and quantity tiers the customer selected online, share official quotes, and confidently push for advance payment confirmation.
  • Friction Removal: Guide small businesses (home bakers, D2C startups, corporate gifting planners) who need quick confirmation on how their 3D model specs will look in final print.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly conversion metrics to drive company revenue.
  • Pipeline Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up sequence with pending leads using WhatsApp Business to prevent buyers from dropping off to competitors.
