Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.

Handle inquiries received through trade portals, references, exhibitions, and digital channels.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.

Prepare and submit quotations, pricing proposals, and sales contracts.

Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed export orders.

Maintain regular communication with existing clients for repeat business.
