1️⃣ BTL Business Development Associate (BDA)

• Experience: 0–1 Year

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand)

• 💰 Incentive: ₹3,000 per maid onboarding

• Individual Contributor Role

• Reporting to: Senior Associate

2️⃣ BTL Senior Associate (SA)

• Experience: 1–5+ Years

• Team handling + Target ownership

• Reporting to: Category Manager

3️⃣ BTL Category Manager (CM)

• Salary: ₹48,000 – ₹54,000 (In-hand)

• Area strategy + Team leadership role
