Job Title: Branch Manager – MSME / LAP Sales
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC + Incentives
Job Type: Full-time | Field + Office Role
Job Description:
We are hiring a Branch Manager for MSME / Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The role involves managing a sales team, handling customer interactions, and ensuring smooth loan processing and collections.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate (mandatory)
• Minimum 2+ years experience in MSME / LAP / Banking sales
• Team handling experience preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable with field work
• Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory
• Male candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage sales team performance
• Visit customers along with team members
• Handle loan login, documentation & processing
• Coordinate with credit and legal team
• Ensure timely disbursement of loans
• Monitor collections and follow-up on overdue cases
• Maintain strong customer relationships
