Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Install and commission machines/equipment at customer locations.
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
  • Diagnose technical faults and repair machines efficiently.
  • Attend service calls and resolve issues within the given timeline.
  • Coordinate with the operations and support teams for spare parts and technical requirements.
  • Maintain service reports, machine checklists, and visit records.
  • Ensure proper machine functionality after servicing.
  • Train customers/users on basic machine operations if required.
  • Follow safety and company service standards during work.
  • Support machine shifting, testing, and demo activities when required.
  • Required Skills:Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel for service visits.
  • Knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
