Technical Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate would be based at our factory located at Vasai, Palghar

·      Assist in battery manufacturing and assembly operations.

·      Operate production machinery and equipment.

·      Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

·      Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

·      Conduct machine inspections and report any abnormalities.

·      Perform routine quality checks and ensure product quality standards are met.

·      Maintain production records and work documentation.

·      Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.

·      Ensure 5S standards in the work area.

·      Assist senior technicians and supervisors in production and maintenance activities.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify and rectify minor machine faults.
• Familiarity with hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
