Job Description
Hiring: Film Director 🎬
We are looking for a passionate and creative Film Director for upcoming projects including short drama series, short films, and music videos. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, visual creativity, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in directing professional or independent productions.
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage short drama series, short films, and music video projects
Develop creative vision, screenplay interpretation, and shot execution
Coordinate with cinematographers, editors, actors, and production team
Plan shooting schedules and oversee production activities
Ensure high-quality storytelling, performances, and visual output
Work with modern filmmaking techniques and creative concepts
Requirements:
Relevant experience in film direction, short films, web series, or music videos
Strong understanding of cinematography, editing flow, and storytelling
Ability to lead cast and crew effectively
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Knowledge of current digital content trends is an advantage
Candidates with showreel/portfolio links will be preferred
