Job Description

Responsibilities: Collection II Recovery


  • Clients via /Email to Inform Them about Their Outstanding Payments.
  • Collect Outstanding Payments and processing loan requests.
  • Ensure Collected Material Is Submitted Safely And Maintain Up-To-Date Records.
  • Be Aware of Collections Policy for Effective Implementation and Take Necessary Legal Actions In Case Of Defaulters.
  • Flexible to work as per company requirements
  • Follow up with team Manager for completion of requirement and communication to customer till closer
  • End of day reporting on daily visits and collections

Qualifications:

  • EXPERIENCE: Graduate with 1 to years of experience in the collection II Recovery.
  • LANGUAGE: English, Hindi
  • WORKING: 6 Days
  • WEEK-OFF: 1 Day week-off
  • SHIFT: Day Shift
  • Must have a personal laptop.
