Sales Coordinator
Location Mumbai
Employment Type Full-Time
Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, client communication, and order management processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, follow-up abilities, and basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Respond to IndiaMART and TradeIndia enquiries
- Call prospective customers and qualify leads
- Follow up on quotations and samples
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers
- Generate GST invoices
- Coordinate dispatches and logistics
- Maintain Excel and CRM records
- Track inventory and supplier deliveries
- Follow up on payments
- Schedule meetings for management
Incentives
- 2–3% commission on converted business
- Additional monthly performance bonus
Salary₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives
Working Hours - Monday to Saturday
