Fire Fighting Supervisior

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Site Supervision (Training Phase)

• Assist in supervising fire-fighting installation works such as hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, and alarm systems.

• Support senior engineers/supervisors in day-to-day site activities.

• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and safety standards.

2.     Measurement & Documentation

• Help in preparing daily work reports and basic measurement sheets.

• Maintain records of site activities and materials used.

• Assist in documentation required for billing and verification.

3.     Client & Team Coordination

• Support communication with clients and internal teams.

• Attend meetings with seniors and learn project coordination processes.

4.     Labour Support

• Assist in managing labour at site and tracking attendance.

• Support in daily work allocation under guidance.

5.     Material Handling

• Help identify basic material requirements.

• Coordinate with the purchase/store team for material availability.

6.     Project Execution Support

• Assist in monitoring daily work progress.

• Learn to prepare progress reports and execution plans.

7.     Safety Compliance

• Follow all safety rules and regulations at site.

• Ensure proper use of PPE by workers. Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of fire-fighting systems (preferred).

• Willingness to learn and work on-site.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic understanding of drawings (training will be provided).

• Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / ITI with Fire & Safety certification.

• Fresher or candidate with internship experience.

• Ready to work at project sites (residential/commercial).

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to site conditions.
